Very good session...and terrifying momentarily! Sally asked such a great series of questions which really challenged me. I thought I knew a lot as an HR consultant that goes into businesses and has also done strategic planning...but this session really brought home the importance of a holistic high level approach and dealing at a high level...but also provided some confidence Tricres support offers. In the near future I can see myself using Constructive Conversations Chart in initial introduction zoom calls with potential Reboundog members. This will help me to understand their needs in a logical fashion.
